    Call Center Agent

    Customer Service Representative (Current Employee)

ProsBeggining salary is good for an agent, 40 sick hours are part of the benefits starting on first pay check.

ConsConstant changes and a day to day basis. Management is cutting back on employee bonuses for monthly achievements. Call Center QA always find minimum details to fail you on the calls.

Not what it used to be. Ok, if do not have any other option

    IT Supervisor (Former Employee)
    Costa Mesa, CA

ProsFast pace, good for gaining experience. Training opportunities are there but it depends on which department or group you belong to.

ConsToo much focus on bringing new revenue and almost no focus on retaining current customers. Quality of work suffers because of focus on speed.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

A big company with an uncertain future.

    Manager (Current Employee)
    Costa Mesa, CA

ProsQuality people and culture. Decent salaries plus competitive performance bonuses. Acceptable work / life balance. Strong benefits package. The company does a high level of community outreach and philanthropic work.

ConsRecent changes and management and market conditions have affected stability. Company suffers from process paralysis. Annual bonuses were not given this year which has affected morale. I have little confidence in the leadership abilities of several mid-level VPs.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

Overall good, but in the end, laid off

Senior Client Services Specialist (Current Employee)
    Schaumburg, IL

ProsGreat support & teamwork from fellow co-workers. Great products available for clients.

ConsMismanaged. Head of division was never around for very long so different management styles. Constantly changing culture of a lot of management, then trim the management, then back to adding a management. Yearly layoffs.

    Great people who need focus

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

ProsTons of talent everywhere, particularly in data science and IT. Lots of space to move around. Fair compensation and benefits. Can move mountains with tremendous global resources.

ConsNo one can describe a unified vision or mission in less than about ten sentences. Growth is all about acquisitions, not logical extensions of current business. "Matrix" management is remarkably confusing - accountability can be hard to find. Typical big-company bureaucracy weakens product cooperation and HR.

Advice to Senior ManagementReset expectations around growth so that you can truly innovate in your core markets. Make long-term investments in those markets. Appoint management based on ability to communicate, not politics or strategy.

Experian landed in Canada by acquiring a small company. Still stabilizing.

    Software Developer (Current Employee)
    Toronto, ON (Canada)

ProsExperian is the biggest in the consumer credit services, so its a big name. New hire get good salary.

Conslike other global companies, you see lots, you just see.. never get. one account do good, another doesn't, so its all get normalized.

Advice to Senior Managementplease don't confuse employees, probably they have intention of outsourcing some departments.not very secure job.
