    Pros

There ARE still lots of great people here but more and more are leaving or unhappy.
The culture USED to be AWESOME but has gone way down hill with new leadership.
The business is still exciting and you can learn a ton.

    Cons

After old CEO left and new CEO took over he seems to let only people like him be in charge. They are smart (President and CFO). But none of them inspire people anymore like the old CEO. Nobody feel inspired anymore. I don't know what we are about anymore. My manager used to have energy because the old CEO seemed to inspire him. Now all that is gone and feels fake.

    Advice to Management

Find someone to speak for you that can inspire people. And let more people have a voice. Nobody feels like they have any clue anymore what is going on in senior management. That was never the case when Tom was here. It feels like a CEO, President and CFO run this place and none of them are good with people and inspire people. I have been here for a while and this is a very sad thing to see happen.

    Pros

push push, keep pushing, actually helps developers to clean up the road blocks, since each tasks involved different teams, roles with various skills and personalities.

    Cons

PM likes to ask several quick questions, each of which actually takes more than 10 seconds to speak out -- Come on, they even don't know what we are doing, why not grab a book and take a look.

    Advice to Management

There is a joke before our hackathon. "Why you need a PM in your team?" "He could buy you a bagel. "

Stop talking about the idea of agile, project management, MVP and etc. Just show me the git (codes).

And please do not push unit tests, especially when the requirement of each functionality is not yet clear.

    competitive salary
    good benefits
    growing company
    great training program

two great CEOs since I've been there
    opportunities for growth

    Cons

Entry level jobs (QA and connectivity) are largely up or out after 2-3 years
Like many former start ups - culture is changing as it becomes large company

    Advice to Management

keep listening but listen to the right people (about employee morale)
    keep investing in the product
    weed out the weaker developers

    Pros

The work is always challenging and day goes by fast. The compensation is very good and has been all my years here. With the growth of the company and merger of other units there should be more opportunity for movement in the future.

    Cons

Now that the company is bigger there is no more small company feel but that is to be expected.

    Advice to Management

Continue efforts to engage employees and take their feedback. The effort over the last 1.5 years should continue and not be a one time thing.

    Pros

Many of the negative views are young/immature employees that do not understand the time needed to really make it, and having to put in hard work for more than a few months before you reach your dream job. The work here is challenging, and you deal with challenging situations/clients, for those that can take the heat, it can be a rewarding time in the kitchen.

Work/life can be hard at first, however if you work hard and efficiently it can improve.

    Cons

Can be hard to see long term career paths as there is not a huge upward space for mobility. We are growing from startup feel to a well established company so there will be growing pains.

    Advice to Management

Keep the true Eze spirit alive and compensate the high powered employees well to keep them here.

    Pros

401K,smart people to work with, good training

    Cons

No stock option, hard to learn code, there is NO document.

    Advice to Management

Personally, I like the recent compensation reconstruction. My moving "at risk" bonus to "safe" salary is good for individual. But I think this may hurt company performance in long run. Once the compensation is locked, what will be the motivation to work hard to gain an A in performance review?
Could you ask those smart guys put their big fat butt in the chair to write some document?
