I worked at F.N.B. (PA) full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

none that I ever saw while working for this large corporate bank

    Cons

meager pay, long hours, too many unattainable goals, treat you like a child, ...."if you don't do your work, you stay after school. until you finish your work "....saw too many people shoved out the door whether on their own accord, or by management.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

stop buying banks and take care of the short staffed ones you already have. Check the population of the banks' current clientele before you buy it.

It was a good experience and I learned a lot but was confused about what company expected from me.
