    Pros

Company pays 100% of benefits, 4% match of 401K. It is obvious that the management team cares about retaining quality employees. From the CEO on down management is approachable and are involved in the day to day business. The overall culture of F5 is extremely positive. Employees are eager to help one another which is a sign that people are happy to be working for this company.

    Cons

The company is expanding so rapidly that there are some growing pains.

    Advice to Management

Continue treating your employees well and they will continue to pass on that positive attitude to customers.

    Pros

Totally love the work culture. F5 hires great people. I have never worked in an environment where people work in a collaborative way. We solve customers' problem as a team

    Cons

Too much work at times but at the end of the day the work stays at work.

    Pros

Great Place to work. Great Team, Great products. Account focus ranges from SLED and Health Care to Commercial . F5's Security future is bright.

    Cons

Trying to shake off the "they do Load balancing" label. F5 has a full product line that can help solve most problems CISO's face in security today.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the GREAT product Dev, stay hungry, stay focused. silverline and linerate will be nice additions to the already solid offering across the board.

    Pros

Great benefits, great people and great work-life balance. A lot of room to grow with a quickly growing company. The Seattle HQ is in a beautiful location, overlooking the water.

    Cons

Can be difficult to make change happen from a lower level. In some divisions, there are a lot of politics.

    Advice to Management

Inspire upper management/VPs to enforce particular policies, such as use of programs, etc.

    Pros

F5 is a great company to work for. They provide great benefits and the people you get to work with are amazing. It doesn't matter if you are an intern or full time employee, people will take time out of their day to help you out with whatever you need.

    Cons

F5 hires a lot of interns full time and a lot of positions are filled from within. This leads to big competition for jobs that have been posted within the company. Job postings don't stay open long.

    Advice to Management

    none

    Pros

Very laid back environment, upper level management is easily accessible, Beer Friday!!! Feel very valued and honored to be an F5 employee.

    Cons

There is a slight air of passive aggressiveness within the sales teams and if you're a direct communicator it can come across as aggressive (passive aggressive people HATE direct communication).

    Advice to Management

Consider the source when it comes to complaints and such.
