Pros – Leader in the space where it works. Has an extensive rural channel . Partnerships with multiple banks, MFIs and companies
Cons – Terrible HR practises. The manner in which the HR team works borders on the incompetent!. I dont understand how they can so visibly see that people are dissatisfied by the kind of HR policies and manner of operations and still continue the way they are. people from low rungs in other companies have been taken and made as senior management in HR here. they are destroying the company by creating employee dissatisfaction. too many layoffs!. two rounds of layoffs already complete. with outlook being bad in near future more layoffs can be expected. Do not join. You will be jobless soon!
Advice to Senior Management – Revise HR team, practises and policies. Employees are very dissatisfied. Promotions and appraisals are happening ad hoc and people who do good work are being left behind just because their bosses have no time to suggest their names!. without good people the company wont survive. Those who are lasting also are doign time pass and work for show. they are not committed!
Pros – Work Life Balance is good.
Cons – High attrition rate discourages you.
Advice to Senior Management – Need to reorganize the top management to have a future ( if any). Please take care of mid level managers as they bring more business.

Pros – Friendly atmosphere. Nice people to work with (can't say if it is true anymore). Good work life balance.
Cons – The company lacks vision. HR department is more like a puppet in the hands of upper management. Totally directionless.The current management thinks it can survive with mediocre talent so it makes no attempt to retain the talented lot. Learning was quite good initially but can't say if it is going to be the same in future. The culture of the company has dwindled.
Advice to Senior Management – Respect talent. Make some strong policies. Show confidence in employees.
Pros – Work-life balance is decent. Not too much workload. Apart from that, I cannot think of any other pros for this firm
Cons – Lack of standardized HR processes, low compensation, quality of work is sub-par. Manpower planning is not up to the mark. Lot of lay-offs are happening due to excess human resources hired without any proper planning.
Advice to Senior Management – Unfit middle management. Should be improved on. HR policies need standadization
Pros – only unmarried people can survive over here none of other
Cons – 24 hours work, no holiday n 7 days a week working
