    Great place to work

Anonymous Employee (Former Employee) Green River, WY

ProsThe plant is big enought that you can get involved in a lot of different things, or you can focus in on one specific process. The initial training was very in depth and they made sure you were on the right track

ConsIt was a little isolated from the world, and pretty cold in the winter. That's forgivable though as your also close to the country.

    Great company to work for...

Anonymous Employee (Former Employee) Philadelphia, PA

ProsOpportunities for career advancement. The senior management teams enables you to learn new technologies and attend regular training. You are strongly encouraged to move beyond your scope of responsibilities and experiment with new technologies and process to achieve greater efficiencies for the organization. The culture is one of accountability and the senior leadership team gives you the latitude to achieve your professional aspirations.

ConsThe compensation is not typically in line with your roles and responsibilities. HR needs to do a better job of aligning with job market.

Advice to Senior ManagementKeep up the good work. Try and improve the feedback/recognition loop and investigate alternate methods for comparing compensation with industry peers.
