    Pros

Good team interactions. Opportunities to grow in your career and develop your personal skills. Able to cross function with other areas of interest.

    Cons

With the merge of ProFlowers, currently a ton of leadership and responsibility change. Sometimes lack of knowledge outside of teams.

    Pros

Easy job, good environment, decent pay. Its a ok job for a temp job. I'm currently there while actively looking elsewhere.

    Cons

Too many employees not enough hours. Get asked to go home early everyday with the exception of the holiday week.

    Advice to Management

Focus on your temporary employees and not just your permanent ones. Clearly they know what they're doing some of the temps are asking other temps how to do their job.

    Pros

    Very efficient with their layoffs

    Cons

    Secretive, micromanaging, cost cutting obsessed

    Advice to Management

Advice only works if your willing to listen so... so no advice can be given.

    Pros

Has the potential to be a great company. For the right background there is a lot of potential to grow.

    Cons

They seem to be slow in making some very basic decisions slowing down the business.

    Pros

    Absolutely nothing else to do.

    Cons

Claims of ethical behavior though actions by management were anything but ethical. Sneaking around to hire a manager while current manager still employed. Claims of integrity and honesty though hiring process involved excessive and invasive referencing. Seemed to think that FTD is better than anyone other company, statements of entitlement. Wish them the best, would not work there unless it was the last place on Earth.

    Advice to Management

Join the ethical business world in 2014. Honesty and integrity matters.

    Pros

Working with customers, potential for growth from call center to corporate.

    Cons

The pay, quantity vs. quality & very robotic. Don't say hours are flexible and they are not. Flexible means to bend.

    Advice to Management

Stop hiring just anyone for seasonal. Pay your associates more based on experience. Quality reps won't stay.

    Pros

Decent benefits, some leaders are smart but in the wrong roles.

    Cons

Sales leaders that have never sold anything and have a call center mentality. No advanced or contemporary systems or ideas. Everything is old fashioned and not forward thinking. Based on the collective thinking and florist feedback, they do not value the florists at all. They have difficulty hiring quality people

    Advice to Management

Invest in higher quality people and systems to try to bring the company into the current century.
