    Pros

    friendly, great morale, knowledge-sharing, work/life balance is great, huge consideration to staff e.g. free tea/coffee, plush offices, free gym membership. Very good atmosphere

    Cons

    remuneration isn't IB level, despite it being the FTSE i.e. very high-profile.

    no gripes at all with management, they are great at boosting morale

    Great balance work/life
    Very nice work environment
    People all very friendly
    Good opportunities within the company
    Good training and perks

    Cons

    Bonus schemes not as remunerative as in other companies
    Sometimes little cooperation between teams
    Difficult to innovate as teams tend to ignore other team's advice

    It would be nice to have more innovation within the company in terms of new technologies and approaches towards everyday problem solving
