    Pros

    Opportunity for internal advancement. Some departments are better than others. Some allow for flexible hours, work from home and career paths.

    Cons

    High turnover with executive and senior leadership has lead to lack of focus, unclear strategy and overall distrust. Currently in the process of potentially going through a merger. Recently laid off over 150 employees.

    Be consistent, be decisive in making decisions and have a strong and well communicated strategy and plan .

    Pros

    For the most part, the hourly employees are fun to work with.

    Cons

    Very high turnover, due to low hourly pay. Managers over worked and under paid. Upper management communication to store managers is horrible.

    The work is easy. Part time gets offered some benefits. The environment is good(for the most part)

    Cons

    It's pretty boring when it's not busy. They also don't give their employees enough hours. No one can live off of less than 10 hours a week.

    No communication of any dissatisfaction of performance as it occurs so you are aware to make changes

    Fast advancement opportunities. Compensation is average.

    Cons

    Very little payroll. Work alone half your shift and do 90 percent of all the work

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    To run a store effectively let store managers know what budget is on a consistent basis and don't cut hours midweek after a schedule is made.
