    Pros

If you love customer satisfaction, Family Dollar is the place to work. Customer satisfaction is our #1 goal. If the customer is satisfied, we know they will shop with us again. Family Dollar prices are competitive, we strive to have the latest products at the best price.

    Cons

Family Dollar safety of the employees have become a problem. Due to recent robberies, The Family Dollar Company has not satisfied the workers with adequate security. The safety of the workers should be a #1 priority. The pay is not enough to compensate the amount of work required, and the hours are not enough to sufficiently cover the expectations of the store.

    Advice to Management

create a schedule that is conducive to all employees. Fairness is expected.

    Pros

Working as an Assistant Manager at Family Dollar, you are very productive and always on the move. you must be people friendly and caring. If you enjoy organizing this is a great job to keep u busy.

    Cons

At times, even if you are the sweetest person, customers are not . you must stand you ground as the bigger and most professional team member of family dollar. Customers are very rude but ignore it. Only way to get through the day!

    Advice to Management

Instead of hiring new people from outside try promoting your current workers, especially those who work hard for you guys every single day!
