    Pros

Good managers will make your life much easier. You can advance quickly if you're willing to put in some effort.

    Cons

You get the impression that some stores have been abandoned by upper management. If your store is over-budget and undermanned, be prepared to go outside your job description.

job security, constant change means constant work for the store manager, very promotable company, you can move from a cashier to an assistant manager to a store manager in a short time if you are motivated to do more.

    Cons

no payroll, full time assistants barely get any hours, too much change in merchandise, no time to really work with your employees and really teach and train them, 6 day work week.

    Pros

decent salary once you make store manager. Only have to work 48hrs a week. Off on Sundays as a store manager.

    Cons

pay so low for cashiers and asms hard to retain people. Manager required to do most all the work. Only work 48hrs a week, but required to work 6 days. Would be better if we could work our Monday thru Friday 48hrs. Some processes are hard to deal with, such as if you want to transfer in your same position you have to re apply for your position.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Doing an overall good job, management seems to care for employees
