    Pros

Interesting and challenging work, great culture of giving back to the community, good pay and benefits, important function for the US housing market and the economy as a whole.

    Cons

Some poor performers spoil the culture at times, and not everyone pulls their weight when it comes to meeting goals and deadlines.

    Advice to Management

Remove employees who are poor performers and continue to develop a culture of continual improvement and efficiency.

    Pros

Excellent support and opportunities. One of the best firms that I have been involved with in the last 10 years. An excellent portfolio of opportunities. Great benefits and a forward looking company.

    Cons

There are no negative things I have to say about Fannie Mae. I was always engaged on success orientated projects and once completed had ample opportunity to find a new niche for myself.
