kills programs it doesn't fully understand even if they're working

    Pros

    Good place to start

    Cons

Bad place to build a career. There are plenty of places that pay plenty more and value their employees much more

    Pros

Get a sweet discount, work truck, good benefits. Go into work at 7:30 and you won't leave till 5. Get a full days work in. 10 dollars an hour starting pay

    Cons

If you are a part timer it isn't worth it. You will be promised to be a sales trainee and in reality you will be putting away stock all day and taking out the garbage. You will look around and notice that there are few people who have been with the company for very long due to the high turnover rate. In winter time your hours will be cut back to 16 a week which makes life difficult especially if you are like me and are a college student.

    Advice to Management

The employees on the store front are not treated well. If you are in the store front you are working a dead end job with no incentive to sell.

    Pros

Definitely get to wear all kinds of different hats - one must sale, close, ship, transfer, package, receive, label, stock, organize, and deliver among other things. Good experience for a starting sales job.

    Cons

50 hours a week minimum for sales representatives. Normally that's fine, but not when you make more working 35 hrs. other places.

Way too much busy work. Literally hundreds of emails daily to sift through - call logs that probably never get looked at - constantly changing pay scale which creates untrust. Get out of the branch as fast as possible - otherwise you'll need to look for something different if you want to make money.

    Advice to Management

Pyramid scheme. The top filters down the busy work and your local district manager reminds you about it. Often. Management at branch stores is good.

    Pros

Impressive platform to utilize, grow, and hone your skills as a person

    Cons

Turnover high due to poor pay.

    Advice to Management

There is nothing I could say, no insight I could give, that would be considered. Don't have that big of an ego to believe I know their world anyways.

    Pros

Its easy and flexible with your schedule. As sales associate you make about $10 an hour and dont do a whole lot.

    Cons

They dont take care of their systems or employees very well. The full time reps arn't paid very well and have a lot to go through. That and the systems they use are prehistoric and need major revamping.

    Advice to Management

Pay your full time guys better. I wouldnt even be able to afford a full time job here after college if I wanted because the wages arn't enough to pay college loans.
