    Pros

Strong company with good benefits, many opportunities to promote, training ongoing and continuous. Open door policy that welcomes ideas.

    Cons

Stressful demands to make numbers. At end of day, the shareholders come first. Customers always stressed and obnoxious .

    Pros

    Great benefits
    Easy job if adequately staffed
    Decent pay for job duties
    Easy advancement
    Difficult to get fired
Advancement is based solely on your willingness to advance

    Cons

    Some locations have poor management
Some workers are incompetent/lazy and aren't fired or written up
Some metrics are unrealistic based on stores actual numbers (can be achieved with the right people but hiring is based on individual managers)

    Advice to Management

Metrics should be made based on individual districts and stores actual numbers and not based on a formula applied to all locations.

    Pros

Although it can vary by department, for the most part the company is accommodating to allow you to handle personal matters as long as you still get your work done.

    Cons

Working from home is is frowned upon

    Pros

Good to move up in company, up to 75% off shipping. Free printing of small batches, or discount.

    Cons

At my center the coworkers are unreliable. Mandatory hour break. Customers are clueless and will get very very annoying

    Advice to Management

Pay better or add commission and you'll see more productivity and better experiences

Good company, but could be better to employees

    Pros

Fast pace environment with many opportunities for advancement. The pay is compatible with the industry. Every day is slightly different. Paid vacation and sick time and holidays.

    Cons

The company no longer offers bonuses to the lower level employees even though those are the individuals who are usually responsible for how their store is doing compared to others in the same bracket. Only assistants and managers get those bonuses. The company does not like to give out overtime.

    Advice to Management

Allow busy stores to hire the appropriate number of employees needed so that when someone needs to take time off, it is does not make the other employees have to suffer being short one person.

Nice people and generally a relaxed place to work. The location in the Galleria complex was great. People were usually very responsive and helpful in getting tasks done.

    Cons

Salaries could be better, but other than that, I enjoyed working there.
