    Project Coordinator

Project Coordinator (Current Employee) Schaumburg, IL

ProsGood pay, room for advancement, wide range of resources for employees to access, comfortable work environment, many customers are regulars who are understand the process and are patient.

ConsSomewhat tedious, very strict deadlines, not all other employees grasp the difference between a job done and a job done correctly, shifts can be less than desirable.

Advice to Senior ManagementThe company seems to run well, the only issue is in the hand off between shifts. It's not an easy problem to over come but the system used now seems to be a good start. All employees should have at least a familiarity with all printing processes, whether or not they work in the printing center.

    Long time employee

    Center Manager (Current Employee)

ProsMet some of the best people I have known working here. Started out as a job while in college ended up being a large part of my career.

ConsJob used to fun and challenging but has no become mundane and repetitive. Customers can be the worst humans on the planet and expect miracles.

Advice to Senior ManagementStop rolling out things then taking them away because they weren't tested extensively enough. Goals can be attainable but some need to be more realistic. Stop trying old retail tricks, customers get sick of hearing the same spiel month after month.

Fairly decent place to work but with its fair share of issues.

Anonymous Employee (Former Employee) Dallas, TX

ProsDecent health benefits, above average vacation/sick policy and good pay. Training and advancement opportunities are sometimes available.

ConsHealth benefits have consistently gone down in quality and increased in costs. Still above average compared to most others but will become bellow average or worse if trend continues.

Training for potential advancement is usually available but most employees in support roles will have to fight to have access to it and to be given time to take it.

Certain departments / employees are woefully ineffective in their duties but since they have consistently set the bar so low with their past work they are rarely ever held accountable for the poor performance even if numerous complaints are made about it. In some situations due to complaints, a low performing employee will be laterally moved or promoted out of the their roll which is demoralizing to everyone else.
