    Pros

Steady work in which you can count on always having with no lay offs and a steady amount on your pay check each week.

    Cons

Absolutely zero benefits. No health care or dental. No paid time off or sick leave, no vacation, no matter how long you have been working there. Since it is a contract position, you will not get a raise unless the company re-negotiates everyone's contracts.

SUPER LONG HOURS during peak season for the same pay.

    Advice to Management

Consider hiring drivers directly after a certain amount of time, and offer them benefits. This will enable your contract drivers to be more motivated to stay longer so they can provide for their families.

    Pros

Flexibility & job security is the main reason why people stay at the company. They come in at a lower salary and think that once they get in the door they will transfer or get raises. Raises are based on your salary and incoming employees are not aware of that.

    Cons

    lower pay than some companies

    Advice to Management

worry more about common employees and less about those above you.
