    Pros

Company is focused on customer service and growing its employees. Some management wants to grow associates to maximize effectiveness. Will work to keep good associates.

    Cons

Poor branch management and general management could limit potentially great employees. Make sure you have a manager looking for your best interests. Communication is sometimes ineffective.

    Advice to Management

Continue to focus on developing management and don't be afraid to kick bad associates off the bus.

    Pros

Room for advancement and competitive benefits. Employees are great and willing to assist. Resources for everything to help improve your position

    Cons

Business is constantly evolving without a clear vision that is matriculated to all employees. Business systems need to be completely overhauled for greater efficiency.

    Pros

    Great benefits
Many opportunities to learn and grow
Many areas of expertise to be considered and to expand on

    Cons

    Tense work environment
Once you're a middle-man, it's hard to get out of the rut. Unless you know someone who knows someone, stay on the bottom. Once you begin to advance, the managers get harder to deal with. Tenure and seniority mean a lot to the company.

    Advice to Management

Treat all employees with respect regardless of age, gender, race, or experience. My experience with this company would have been much better had I felt valued as an employee.
