    Pros

Experience in customer service and retail sales fun atmosphere. Variety of shoes great discount

    Cons

Company started changing direction of payroll could be good but needs revising also keeping up with the latest trends when they are hot was an issue

    Advice to Management

Don't let people slide with the sexual harassment of others and store managers openly dating assistant managers and clearly get benefits from it just because store manager is making goals

  2. Fun and fast paced atmosphere.

    Pros

Customer-centric environment and willing to do anything to get what the customer needs. High energy and great work environment to be in.

    Cons

Management are very sales driven and do not see well rounded employees hard work that they put in even if it isn't in sales. Choose to see what they want to see. Slow days can bring in less money and the company puts it on us.

    Advice to Management

Enjoy your employees time and give them a chance. Even in a slow store.

    Pros

Good experience in sales and speaking to benefits of different products offered. Good way to build team chemistry.

    Cons

It started off at a good hourly rate then we went to a lower rate with commission. The commission was good for the full time employees but not so great for the part time.

    Advice to Management

A more structured system to request time off and clocking in and out. More benefits offered to part time employees.

    Pros

. You learn how to sell though, which is valuable in the business world, customer interactions vary, having to make the employee either versatile in treatment of the customer can help you in the long run. Lots of grunt work which disciplines.

    Cons

Lots and lots of focus on sales and not on customer interaction and relationship building. Depressing work environment.

    Pros

It was great to be around shoes and I really enjoyed interacting with customers every day.

    Cons

I didn't like how the stock room was almost always disorganized and I found out that my assistant managers were stealing from the company.

    Advice to Management

Try to keep all associates involved and really work to make sure the stock room is easy to navigate and keep it clean.
