    Pros

There are so many people, peers and mentors, who are always willing to help and share knowledge.

    Cons

Too much of a divide between the call center and the corporate teams. It causes animosity and separation of the entire FL team.

    Advice to Management

Work harder to improve the relationships between the various departments, despite titles, pay grade, and who you know.
