Pros – Flexible hours, holidays, and vacation time.

Cons – Poorly managed and unfair treatment of employees. Management in branches vary from location with little understanding from upper management what is happening. Training program lacks alot and branch management do not provide further training. First level tellers are given jobs of higher level tellers with no compensation. No place for a employee to turn to when issue arise within branch management. Branch management are allowed to muniplate facts and produce out right lies with no effort from upper management to investigate. Had a meeting with upper management in which I was blamed for a mistake my supervisor made. Upper management was not willing to listen and defended my supervisor. Supervisor had eleven years in company, but I had to fix errors because she didn't know how. Upper management thinks if you want to learn and move up this supervisor is the one to learn from.

Advice to Senior Management – Use your rover tellers to gain information on what is going on in each branch. They could give you honest feedback. Be more willing to listen and have a real open door policy.
