    Pros

Lots of good folks at this company trying to do the right thing. While training is scare, you can always find someone with the expertise to help.

    Cons

Management needs more structure. Process and change are not documented well.

    Pros

Medical Benefits, the pay starts off a little over minimum wage. 401k. As long as you can follow directions you can do this job. staff is friendly. Management is okay,

    Cons

Raises are very small, ten cents to 50 cents per year depending on your review. Not really any room for advancement depending on your facility unless someone quits, retires, or gets fired. My facility implements a mandatory weekend where the only way to get out of it is to schedule vacation directly before or after the weekend.

    Advice to Management

more money and better incentives for staff. not more menial incentives and some money.

  3. Room for advancement, no security

    Pros

Got promoted fairly quickly. Learned a lot of industry knowledge on card servicing.

    Cons

1 employee doing the work of 5 people. Little to no back office automation, very manual. Men get paid as high as 10k more than women doing the same job. No job security. No formalized training, must be a self starter.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees. Pay them what they are worth.

    Pros

You work with some really bright minds and for some great leaders

    Cons

Fiserv does not provide competitive salary, raises or growth opportunities. Fiserv likes to talk about how it cares about its employees but never back that talk up in any way.

    Advice to Management

Promote from within instead of hiring 100% outside. Start paying market wages.

    Pros

Decent steady salary, average benefits, upgrading many of their offices, continued stock growth.

    Cons

Over processed, lots of politics, strong leadership egos. Great at getting rid of low hanging fruit but really really slow at identifying and fixing leadership problems.

    Advice to Management

Don't be afraid to shake the management tree.

I have been working at Fiserv

    Pros

Working in the open solutions division is great been working with DNA for years. The company as a whole is okay everyone appears to be professional and upper management their best to keep us happy

    Cons

Salary is below standard and is very hard to change, the Benefits are good over all however they need to change the health insurance

    Advice to Management

Work life balance is good personal growth need to be given more focus along with promotions. Fiserv needs to review salary grades and they need to be aligned with market standards

    Pros

Great people around. High opportunities at quarterly bonuses. Most supervisors are attempting to help you out.

    Cons

Extremely difficult to advance. Plenty of lateral movements without pay increases.

    Advice to Management

Change is great but you need to bring back the previously held discussions about future changes.

    Pros

many opportunities, offices everywhere in the world, generous time off, benefits overall are okay, alot of choices

    Cons

horrible communication at every level, more concerned with numbers than people

    Advice to Management

think about the people as much as the numbers, listen to the surveys, most everyone is not engaged and its just a job for them
