    Pros

    Opportunity for growth and visibility with upper management. Good benefits.

    Cons

    As an employee under 30, was hard to relate to any of my co-workers. Issues with process and bureaucracy. Odd security measures, IT had to type in admin password for every single update on my computer, including simple updates for Adobe. People watching the clock to see what time you get in and leave.

    Consider allowing employees a little more flexibility in working from home

    Good way to get into credit card industry.

    Cons

    Not much room for advancement. Poor pay. Turnover is insane.

    I have been working at Fleetcor full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    There is a continuous stream of new employee training classes and it is not difficult to get hired.
    There is a drug screening and background check.

    Cons

    It is far more difficult to stay hired and there is a high rate of employee turnover.
    Performance metrics measure you in numerous ways and it is too easy to be ïn trouble because of falling short somewhere.

    Be more supportive and encouraging.

    I worked at Fleetcor full-time

    Pros

    Smart, dedicated employees; very capable and diversified, mid-level management very caring and dedicated. Team effort displayed by front line employees and a commitment to "do the right thing to get the job done".

    Cons

    Senior management and corporate officers are detached and unmotivating. No feedback or consulation from mid-level to front line employess accepted willingly to help improve business or processess. Senior level management has unrealistic expectations and no understanding of process impacts.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Listen to your mid-level and frontline employees more, develop an open door policy and be willing to listen and accept change recommendations.

    Very combative environment. No increases. No stock purchase program. Execs are totally out of touch with employees.

    I worked at Fleetcor

    Pros

    very muticultural, they hire a lot of ex military and older people so the atmophere is very professional and very respectful

    They have the best configuration of SalesForce I have ever seen..

    Cons

    Biggest gripe is the way they treated me when I had two brothers die within two weeks, My manager actually wrote that I had missed a lot of work (5 days total) and talked to me. I promised that no one from my family would die in the next year and decided I was out of here.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    increase the call metrics needed (ok just made myself a target) allow people to make more calls without making it the "company standard"
