    I honestly really enjoy the company I have been there almost 2 years!

    Pros

    There is lots of opportunity for growth here. A great Executive team is in place and they welcome ideas and testing new programs. Hard work and success is regularly recognized and rewarded. There are regular fun events that are planned for the entire company.

    Cons

    There is currently no discounted stock purchase program and the 401k match could be higher.

    Pros

    Flexibility with work times (outside sales position), decent comp plan and incentives

    Cons

    When the company changes their programs so often it's easy to get a bad reputation in the industry, making it harder to win new clients. Customer service doesn't always take care of the customer first so it's easy to quickly lose business.

    Work on consistency with programs and service and you will be able to retain loyal customers and employees.

    Pros

    It's sales so you will make more money then some ppl. Bonuses seem to pop up just at the right time. (not often enough)

    Cons

    The only place to make decent money is in sales. There is no annual increase, company feels like the different departments are not a team. Benefits could be better as well as base pay. Company went public and did not give employees the option to buy in. Only the execs had that option. They will hire someone off the street on occasion instead of hiring within. Company needs to take care of their employees.. Build moral
