    Extremely Challenging

Anonymous (Current Employee) Johor Bahru (Malaysia)

ProsI'm able to gain more knowledge in Contract Manufacturing. Learn in details all the basic flow of the departments and team available in manufacturing field. Learned to be mentally and physically strong with this kind of hectic environment which makes people totally burned-out, and full of chaos.

ConsThe lack of teamwork or I might say NO teamwork at all. No standard procedures and flow that all employee will follow. Typical system used, a not-so-friendly user at all. Major people won't walk the talk. You'll need to do a lot of non-added value tasks because people are less responsible and not commited enough. The foundation of this plant is very weak. There's nothing much you can do. No matter how hard you try, how much you give your effort to make things better, you still unable to change these toxic people ( up to the top ), and as well as environment. The only thing you can do is to adapt, and become immune to the situation.

ConsThe cons would be having to go to work each day.

    WW Test Technology Manager

WW Test Technology Manager (Current Employee) Milpitas, CA

ProsPeer level people are always willing to help

ConsAbsolutely horrifying, arrogant and pathetic management. They will "kill" you just to save a few nickels. Do not take this job, it is a nightmare. If you take it expect to work 24 hrs a day. You will report to one guy and you will take contradictory instructions from another guy. I am surprised that this "huge" company even manages to make 1% profit!

Advice to Senior ManagementSome VP's in this company think they are God and everybody else is their "slaves" Most of the higher ups in this company lack people skills. Almost everyone in this company is either a VP or a Director. There is hardly ANY middle management.

    Very poor company

Customer Service Technician (Current Employee) Atlanta, GA

    ProsUsually flexible schedule
    Exposure to new mobile devices.

ConsThe management of the the RTS division is pitiful. I often wondered just how these people got their jobs.

The new hire training was a joke. The on-site training was full of drama and personal intrigue. There is no support from mid or upper management. If you follow policy, you are wrong. If you do not follow policy, you are wrong.

The company mantra is "Assign blame at all costs but, don't actually fix a problem."

Don't hope for a promotion unless you are a buddy of the person doing the promoting.

Raises are non-existant. Management has no idea of how to motivate, reward, or inspire.

Advice to Senior ManagementAt this point I would say clean house and start over. The problems are rooted so deep I see little hope to improve with current leadership and culture.

Fortunately I am moving on and have been hired by a company that is always in the top ten companies to work for.

    Good riddance.

Hard working team being paid low wages

Customer Service Representative (Current Employee) Harrisburg, PA

ProsYou get to learn all the time, some thing new about Cell phones.

ConsRaises are not something important. Bonus pay is getting harder to recevice. The team works very hard with hours that are all over the place. No routine, the schedules are so different every week. All team member get there days and hours to work mixed up. The Managers and Supervisors arrive late and leave early every week, but tell the team to not be tardy.

Advice to Senior ManagementThe managers and supervisors should be good communicators with the team and customers.
