    Pros

They are a large company that operates in many different countries, which can be good for the person who wants to move around.

    Cons

Their large company mentality can make it hard for an aspiring person to network and work their way of the ladder to progress their career.

    Advice to Management

Look at ways to bring your Sr. Management teams from each site into the mix of major & minor company initiatives and provide networking & training events that allow them to meet other Sr. level employees.

    Pros

Provide benefits, tuition reimbursement, full-time hours and bonuses based on store performance.

    Cons

No developmental growth even though thats what they use to promote the positions. Lack of communication from top to bottom even though grievances are shared from bottom to top they say they listen but they don't. Even with customers there is lack of communication so when they re given wrong info from the corporate store they end up at the DSC screaming demanding something that we don't even have.

    Cons

Top management tier has major disconnect from the middle and upper middle tier.

    Advice to Management

Start listening to the people that are doing the work...not what the managers are reporting to you

    Pros

Good Benefits and Compensation Package, Competent Leaders

    Cons

They will use you to the point of abuse, and when they are done, drop you. While the compensation package is good, they will tell you one thing about schedule and the future, and know this, even as an associate you will work 60+ hours a week; NO MATTER WHAT THEY TELL YOU. Get what you can for certifications and leave.

    Advice to Management

Remember when companies react, employees that worked hard suffer.

    Pros

Very competitive salary and as much overtime as you can handle.

    Cons

When times are lean and overtime is a bad word then it is time to update your resume. When the axe comes down it is swift and painless.

    Advice to Management

Try to keep the qualified talent and not just the "yes" people and there will be less of a let down in production when layoffs are neccessary.

  11. Fast paced.

    Pros

    Cons

Constantly changing both good and bad.

    Advice to Management

    Be more communicative.
