    Show me the Love

Principal Process Engineer (Current Employee) Greenville, SC

ProsFluor is a large, competent engineering firm. It is a good place to learn how a large project can be organized from one of the best in the industry at executing large projects.

ConsLike any other company, it depends on who you know to move around in the company and get promoted. The company appears to make strides in fairness, equality and hiring minorities. It still is largely WASP male oriented company, Perhaps that is the nature of the Engineering & Construction business.

Advice to Senior ManagementOffer opportunites to people before laying them off. Offer people an opportunity to grow or move around the company based on their performance and experience with the company.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
