    Pros

Meet a lot of nice people. Flexible schedule. Friendly co-workers. My experience with management has always been a positive one.

    Cons

No benefits for part time workers. You will have to work a lot of nights and weekends. Sometimes the workload is very heavy without enough help.

    Advice to Management

I would tell management that I think they are doing a great job in our store. Thank you for being friendly.

    Pros

    Good hours for college classes

    Cons

Management knew just as much if not less about the store than the associates

    Advice to Management

Know your stores, when the subordinate needs to inform the manager of where things go, somethings wrong.

They will help you work around a school schedule.

    Advice to Management

Things are harder than you thnk

    Pros

Performance bonus Fun team Pricing strategy helping strong growth.

    Cons

Direction can be confusing at times Focus around leadership maturity and running the business until you miss a fresh inventory then the write up threats come raining down.

    Advice to Management

Allow leaders to lead if that's what you want. Don't micro manage.

    Pros

Friendly people, not too strict on rules, easy to do.

    Cons

Unfair pay, long shifts (for a part time job), hard to talk to managers at times, sometimes a lot of hours, sometimes not enough.

    Advice to Management

For a part time job, the shifts are sometimes too long. 12-9, 10-6, 11-7 sometimes and lunch breaks are all we get and they are only 30 minutes normally after 5, almost 6 hours. There are usually too many cashiers on a slow day, then never enough on a busy day. Sometimes there's only one or two cashiers during evening hours because supervisors send cashiers on their lunches at random times, then one cashier has to take several customers.

    Pros

A lot of opportunity for growth, fast advancement for people who work hard, decent pay and benefits with annual bonus. Generous PTO

    Cons

You will work a lot of hours, mornings and evenings, and weekends. The company runs really lean on labor so you're constantly under staffed.

    Advice to Management

Need an effective training program put in place to properly train associates to be better at their jobs. Need a competitive pay scale to help with retention of quality associates.
