Former Employee – worked at Footstar
Pros – Good commission structure. Management gets decent control of hourly schedules. Flexibility of ordering inventory, and scheduling shipments. Plenty of hours.
Cons – Lots of hours for management staff, not enough hours for store to run properly. Upper management sometimes expects too much from staff.
