    Pros

Updated on the latest fashion trends.

    Cons

Closing shifts are the worst. Store closes at 10 or 11pm, ended up leaving the store at 2-3am.

    Advice to Management

Hire more people that way people can actually leave on time.

    Pros

Because the one at DeerBrook Mall is so big i get Good Hours so it really depends on the location and how much business comes in. For the most part you can wear what you want. I wear what i want because not EVERYBODY will get in trouble. Its all about favoritism.

    Cons

Worked here for a year and some change. Now looking for another job while still working here...ugh! The biggest con of all is CLOSING, OH lord jesus, WAY too cramed with junk. They literally put junk on top of junk and that's their way of making something "clean". Never enough people on the floor so you stay mad late...yeah, try 3am! And no they don't care if you have school the next day. Too bad. They only care about making their stupid a-- numbers then wanna rush you to hurry up and clean at night. Ha! Yeah if you're looking for a first job, don't go here and if you do decide to work here tell them you absolutley CANNOT close. Oh and btw make sure they stay on top of your schedule, they're idiots about sticking to something. They hire anybody to be mananger. Mines is a moron.

    Advice to Management

Learn to be professional and care about employees. Nobody wants to be here past midinight!

    Pros

Great place to learn how to multitask

    Cons

They make us use our own cell phones actively for work with no reimbursement
When they upgraded their pos and registers, they made us us our own debit cards and charged us money to test the registers (20 separate transactions)
They force overtime on Instore employees
We buy many supplies out of pocket because the company requires it, but refuses to purchase it for the stores
Low pay compared to other retail companies , and 5 times the work
    Very poor work life balance

    Advice to Management

    Pay more
Provide necessary tools and supplies for stores so they can do their job
    Stop forcing overtime on employees
Provide some sort of way to send data Instore , or provide workers with company issued cell phones

    Pros

The people are great overall at Forever 21 Corporate and it's a fast-pace and young atmosphere. The work is challenging and provides a lot of great opportunities and is generally a great place to build your career skills.

Lunch is practically all you can eat for $3, There's a Starbucks downstairs, and we have a Boba truck that stops by every Tuesday and Thursday. Benefit's are decent. ($50 biweekly cost for medical/dental/vision & 4% match in your 401k if you contribution 5%)

    Cons

Everyone agrees that compensation is below market, however I assume that also depends on your position and prior experience/payrate. Employees work long hours within Operations, Accounting, and Finance.

    Advice to Management

Compensation needs to be much more competitive. This would help with the high turnover rate. It seems that high turnover is the main factor as to why so many procedures and system/business processes are under developed. A lot of knowledge is lost when employees are constantly quitting.

    Pros

Fun working with a diverse group of people. Really helped me in my first week of working there.

    Cons

There wasn't enough training. The manager didn't know how to train new employees which often lead to confusion.

    Advice to Management

Better training is a must especially in a high paced working environment.
