    Pros

All levels of management willing to help out at any time for any reason. Makes for a very open and enjoyable work environment.

    Cons

The resort was in a transition period and as a result the internship started without much direction. But as the summer picked up, those problems were solved.

    Pros

always supportive, competative salary, great HR department, medical and dental benefits are only average but the benefit of having free nights at any of the hotels is outstanding.

    Cons

As work increased they did not increase budgets which results in downsizing of staff, leaving those still with a job with more work than before and no pay increase for additional responsibilities.

    Pros

Four Seasons really looks after their employees. Great pay, excellent benefits and a very comfortable and positive work environment. Potential to advance through the company with a career. Hire based on attitude, always great people to work with.

    Cons

Potentially not much job freedom as your tasks/roles/duties may be VERY clearly defined.

    Advice to Management

Keep lines of communication as open as possible with all staff members.

    Pros

Career opportunities, Four Seasons has many different styles of properties in many different countries. For those people who want to travel and grow their career there are many opportunties. Also you do not need to travel if your circumstances won't allow it.
You would work with a wonderful, intelligent, like minded group of people who all understand the Company goals and work collaboratively together to achieve them.
Benefits such as complimentary room nights at Four Seasons Hotels
You would work in very pleasant conditions

    Cons

No real downside, it's a pleasure to go to work. We work hard but are recognised and rewarded for it and we play hard as well.

    Advice to Management

Keep the culture of our hotels as we grow larger, don't compromise
