I worked at Four Seasons full-time

    Pros

Amazing company to work for, great medical benefits, free hotel stay around the world (you gain certain amount of nights per year), good leaderships and management. Training provided, as well as meals every day/night. Opportunities for professional growth.

    Cons

Schedule might not work for everyone, have to be very flexible, otherwise management point that out as your negative during the review.

I worked at Four Seasons full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Great Benefits, employee cafeteria, uniforms are laundered and provided and generally a great work environment. They really make the employees feel wanted and retain a great number. I really enjoyed working there.

    Cons

The reason that I left was the hours. I was never on a regular schedule, some weeks I would work 3 different shifts in the same week. For instance on a Monday I may work 7AM - 3PM, Tuesday 3PM - 11PM, Wednesday 3PM - 11PM, Off Thursday, Friday 11PM - 7AM, Sat 11PM - 7AM, Sunday off. It just was really hard to deal with the sleep deprivation. The other con would be working weekends, nights and every holiday. It get's old when you can't spend time at the holiday's with your family.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

When you hire Managers fresh out of college, their heads tend to swell really big, really fast. Keep them humble by letting them work in the trenches a lot more during their first years with the company.

I worked at Four Seasons full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Working for a top brand, high customer service and able to enjoy free nights at the company around the world.

    Cons

One challenge that I encounter was the training was uniform in security. So everyone did not have the same skill set.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

To ensure all employees can carry out their work duties and not play favorites.
