    Pros

It is an upscale hotel, and it treats their employees the same way. i absolutely loved my time there and would do it again.

    Cons

Sometimes the hours are bad, as expected, it's a hotel so you need to be ready to work at any time.

    Pros

Ok first off I think the HR staff does an amazing job! I only say that because there is almost no one I don't get along with and even if there was every one carries there own weight so I really can't complain. The pay is great if your in the food service department and the benefits are wonderful! Free meals, free hotel stays after so long and perhaps strangely what I think is the coolest part (for nerds like me) is that not only do they give you and clean your work uniform but you swipe your employee card and it comes around to you like a giant vending machine!

    Cons

The annual review. They always have to put something negative (I know it is suppose to be constructive but..), you pretty much have to be PERFECT to get a half decent review.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Keep doing a great job!

    Pros

People, culture, benefits. Almost everyone is a superstar and those that are not get weeded out quickly typically. Good salary, good support from management and senior management.

    Cons

Work/life balance, On-call 24/7, some mid-level management are not empowered to make decisions all the time, technology support is horrible, stress level to ensure guests are happy can wear you out quickly.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get people into those positions that had been eliminated due to economic turndown, now that most markets are back. Are those F&B Directors really ready to become Hotel a Managers without Rooms operations experience/knowledge?
