    Pros

Working with people who are positive and friendly.
Talking with people who are also friendly and treat me like a human being.
Meeting others who are also down-to-earth and learning a bit about their lives.
Relatively easy job physically, mentally, and emotionally. Not very stressful.

    Cons

Standing for a long time in a small space = very sore/tight back and neck muscles.
Bags are frustrating. Coupons can be frustrating.
The customers who do not treat you like a human being.

    Advice to Management

    Keep it up!

The experience changes with the management and coworkers. I've been lucky and had more good than bad.

    Pros

Full benefits for part-time (25 hours a week). Most managers are flexible with availability for part-time employees. Depending on location, the regular customers are great.

    Cons

There is a journeyman pay scale. Once you top out you can no longer get raises. Cost of living increases are not much and not very often.

    Advice to Management

If you have a good, hardworking employee give them a raise.
