“Pretty Nice place to work”
Current Employee – been working at French and Parrello Associates PA
Pros – Very understanding regarding Time-off Requests. Don't know about tuition reimbursement, as I did not pursue that option. Paid for professional memberships, licenses, notary, etc. C-level management seemed very approachable.
Cons – Satellite offices are quiet and may be better suited to those who prefer not to be bothered while you work; those looking for lots of face-to-face interaction with coworkers would be better suited at the main office (120+ employees).
Advice to Senior Management – give feedback that gives me a direction to move in: "you're doing great (example of greatness), can you work on X some more to bring it up to the same level?"
