Pros – The London office has a fantastic restaurant and coffee bar.
Cons – I work in business services IT department and its a shambles! The management are not interested in keeping staff members and there is a constant turn over of contractors. If you are looking for a long turn career at Freshfields in IT I would not count on it. If you are disabled individual you get little help from the firm in regards to reasonable adjustments as HR and Health and Safety do not take responsibility for supplying reasonable adjustments for disabled people this is left up to your line manager.
Advice to Senior Management – H&S and HR need to take responsibility for the budget for reasonable adjustments in the work place not the line manager who also does your appraisal.

Pros – Working with both an associate and a senior associate means you are well supported and that if you have any issues, they are on hand to help.

Pros – Excellent reputation, High profile cases, stimulating enviroment. a lot of smart competitive people and a very friendly atmosphere outside the workplace.
Cons – the feedback from management must be improved, very long work hours, lack of communication and human relationships are inesxistant in the work place.
Advice to Senior Management – listen more to the needs of young interns and lawyers. give a proper and clear feedback on the work accomplished, be more supportive.
