    Hard work will get you to the top level very quickly. They build and compensate employees well.

    Cons

    Better communication should be passed on to everyone involved in a project.

    Quality management with great training. Excellent objective overcoming training.

    Few opportunities to continue the position. Should have opened up the position to more events.

    Growing fast, challenge to ramp up and mentor new team members

    Balance between regions and centralized IT/engineering needs to be addressed. We have many opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce cost through centralizing Tier 1/2/3 support and enforcing consistent use of technology deployment across the regions.

    You have good benefits, job security, lots of incentives.

    Diversity, pay scale should be more for the coaches the reps shouldnt make more than the coaches

    please look over the pay grade in the Rochester IHD for pay grade for coaches versus your reps

    fast paced. If you don't like to accept responsibility , this is not the company for you.

    Pros

    Small Customer base continue to grow into new states. Co-workers are extremely willing to work together to accomplish tasks

    Cons

    Up until the CT acquisition it was hard to explain to CT Residents why our company had no customers within CT.
    Now that will change and we will be able to tell our CT customers about our products and services to exceed their expiations

    Continue to grow customer base, continue to develop new products and services within the broadband space. Continue to exceed our customer’s expiations.

    I have been working at Frontier Communications as an intern (less than a year)

    Pros

    The people are wonderful to work with! Everyone is open to help foster growth within your career. My direct manager and above are always there to answer questions and help me learn. There is a strong support of hiring veterans and growing a diverse community within Frontier. Overall, being new to the corporate world, this has been a great place to learn and grow.

    Some of the procedures are old school.
