Former Employee - Intern  in  Sunnyvale, CA
Former Employee - Intern in Sunnyvale, CA

    Pros

Such a big name in the market, with high quality products, vast development and good pay and work environment also

    Cons

There was not much support for the interns. You need to do everything by yourself and as an Intern , you are expected to get help from your seniors but this was not the case with me

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Try to allow interns to get full time job there if they perform good. In my case, while interviewing they told me that there is no chance of full time even if you perform excellent

    Pros

Generally worked with talented people and exposure to very large clients. A lot of opportunities within the company if you want a change.

    Cons

There isn't a lot of hand holding at the organization. You are expected to be proactive and be a self starter.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Need to react quicker to market forces and job marketplace. Recent policies to cut 5% have been disastrous for morale.
