    Controller

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsThere are many positives about the company. Integrity and a constant interest to 'get it right', to do the right thing, abounds throughout management and the company, for example. The company is always seeking to do things better, improve, innovate. Rotations around the company are encouraged and expected, which keeps things exciting for employees, is a key retention tool, and supports constant learning throughout one's career.

ConsLocation can be the biggest drawback, especially if you want to work in New York City or do not have an interest in moving every few years for your next rotation.

Great company for entry-level hires, leadership programs are best in business.

    ITLP (Current Employee) Atlanta, GA

ProsCame in as a college hire into one of the leadership programs. The development you get in the program is top notch. GE is known for its leadership programs and it's a tremendous career accelerator.

ConsWorking with a global audience has pros/cons. You might not move as quickly as you would with people from your country, but a great learning experience none the less.

Advice to Senior ManagementMuch outsourcing makes it difficult to communicate/move as fast as we need. Need to hire more in-house talent.
