Former Employee – worked at GSEC
Pros – Salaries are good and the benefits are out of control.
Cons – There's a price you pay for those benefits and the salary. You're expected to work 12 hrs or more everyday. No time for homelife.
Advice to Senior Management – Some people want to spend more time at home. You make comments about bankers hours when anyone wants to go home after a 10 hr day, Stop making it hard for people to leave and feeling uncomfortable for leaving.
