    Pros

    I get to work with some really smart people trying to navigate an IT organization that is in a transformation change. You get opportunities help facilitate the change in GM.
    Flexible hours that is conducive to having a young family.
    Great people to work with.
    Benefits and pay is good if not better than large companies.

    Cons

    IT is going through lots of change as they insource. Processes changing frequently. GM enable project methodology can be DISnabling.

    help identify what the career path is for positions so that people get a sense that company is investing in them and the employee will return the favor.

    - Challenging projects
    - Helpful coworkers and managers
    - Excellent pay (Senior students make about $30/hour), plus student housing is provided
    - Time spent as a co-op counts towards seniority (relative to vacation days only)

    - Slow turn around time for decisions
    - Not all groups challenge you with interesting projects initially
    - Cannot choose rotation path

    Help students create a rotation path that will allow them to get the experiences they want, even if it means going outside their homeroom.

    Flexibility, Team work, Benefits, Everyday is a challenge, You have endless opportunities if you just take chances.

    Cons

    The people you work with are a different breed. Women have to act like men, No matter what anyone says a woman can use her assets to her advantage. Always be on guard

    Allow more production staff the opportunities to apply for management, there are times when we can run a production shift better if we had no one standing over us.
