    I was a bit skeptical at first because everything was done through the Internet and live chat so it seemed fishy but at the end of the day it all worked out

    Very fast paced but it will work out

    Flexible hours, great staff, great employee support, ability to transfer to other locations within US, great pay, and great benefits.

    High productivity expectations and too long waiting time to get reimbursed for expenses.

    Pros

    Benefits, overtime, perks, good orientation, nice clean facility. Friendly staff. Tools for growth. Latest technology.

    Cons

    32 hour schedule instead of 40 hour work week, buy does offer overtime with bonus if you work 2 extra shifts

    Pros

    Great administrator and team environment. Major focus on revenue with good training in the job. Great cooworkers with a positive attitude.

    Cons

    Benefits suck and are very expensive. Raises come very small and they dont value extra work. A lot is expected with minimal staffing.

    Advice to Management

    Take more value in your employees. They are your biggest asset in a large company. Dont focus as much on profits for the corporate.

    Pros

    Managers are helpful and knowledgeable, residents are fun to talk to, and the pay is pretty good.

    Cons

    People like to call out a lot, making more work on you sometimes. People don't get reprimanded fairly.
