    " Good Company"

    ProsThis company has excellent benefits. They offer paid time off days as well as seven additional paid holidays. Gentiva has an outstanding compliance department. They offer education and training as well for each employee.

    ConsAlthough this company offer tuition reimbursement there is not a lot of flexibility from management in regards to your schedule.

    Advice to Senior ManagementEach and every employee that work for this company must be dedicated and a hard worker so i would ask that management would honor employees with kind words, thoughts of appreciation, bonuses, and pay increase ect.

    ProsFlexible hours. Opportunity to pick up extra patients. Good pay and benefits. Clinical ladder available to move up within your position/make more money. Often hires within for office positions.

    ConsNo promise for a full patient load. Schedule changes day to day and usually you don't work only in your area. Paperwork comes home with you.

    I worked as a contract employee for 10 months trying to get a full-time position, then the company sold.

    ProsI was my own supervisor and completed all of my deadlines in a timely fashion.

    ConsDespite my raise in reimbursements and auditing for billing I never received a full-time position.

    I loved the time I spent working in the office.

    ProsThe employees are overly friendly, welcoming, and positive. The atmosphere was one of kindness and caring.

    ConsThe temperature sometimes fluctuated in different parts of the building, and it was very quiet in the office at times.
