“Average Company. Not great, not bad.”
Former Employee – worked at GeoLogistics
Pros – Good flexibility for work/life balance. Generous vacation/sick/holiday schedule. Above average industry base salary for some departments. Few pockets of great people.
Cons – Internal politics for projects and promotions. Gullibility of certain leadership. Lack of objectivity in some decision making.
Advice to Senior Management – Don't be afraid of making a decision. Indecision is the worst decision of all. Mistakes that are made can be corrected. Inactivity leads to nothing.
