    Pros

Good learning opportunity if you're studying here and not taking too many courses in a semester.

    Cons

You need to choose a research topic that is in your focus of study.

    Pros

Decent pay for part-time student, learn valuable skills, regularly train in life saving and swimming, meet lots of other fun people, see/work big events (duel in the pool/winter nationals), flexible scheduling. Loved my time there obviously.

    Cons

Early start for morning shift can be difficult. It can be a little slow when theres one person swimming laps and you're on stand but that's only 20 min at a time. there was no employee parking at CRC so I had to park in my designated area on campus which wasn't so bad for me but I can see that being an issue depending on your parking pass. I'm honestly thinking hard trying to come up with something more significant. No real cons.

    Pros

The university offers several training courses on-line for staff to include software and personal development. Benefits have improved over time. Great place to grow and enhance skills.

    Cons

Due to the location in the downtown area, walkers should be aware of their surroundings and walk with another person at all times.

    Advice to Management

    None.

    Pros

They work with you on classes and research. They are extremely aware of your status as a student first.

    Cons

It is hard to balance class, gra work, and outside school work. The coursework at tech is very challenging.

    Advice to Management

Continue putting education first. Also work with graduate students to pair up with advisors as soon as they get on campus.

    Pros

This is a good investment on your future and it worth the time and effort you put into it

    Cons

Work/ Life balance is not met. you always have some work to do. you have to be very careful in time management

    Advice to Management

focus more on solving the adviser/advisee relationship. many of the graduate students change their adviser more than one time and this wastes a lot of energy, time and effort from students who are motivated and have a lot of energy to put into research.
