    Pros

I liked how they payed me 11/hour for mentoring high school students. At training they feed you well.

    Cons

There wasn't any cons. A con could be having to pay for parking when turning in how many hours you worked biweekly.

    I worked at Georgia Tech

    Pros

broad areas of faculty expertise, very talented professors and students, exciting environment to learn and get works done together

    Cons

students background is quite diverse. due to the layout of students' offices, it's hard to communicate with other students directly.

    Advice to Management

probably could arrange the social events interacting with students at a more frequent regular basis. this could facilitate the ideas exchanges between departmental administrative officers and students in a effective and efficient way.

    Pros

Georgia Tech is a very sound technical educational institution. Very competent faculty, good staff, great and interested students, great location (mid-town Atlanta). Its engineering programs are among the highest rated in the country, and they deserve to be.

    Cons

Being a state institution and state employees in a state like Georgia definitely has its disadvantages. No salary increases in six years! And I do not like being on campus with the "guns everywhere" legislation passed in Georgia last year.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work.

    Pros

Working as a graduate teaching assistant was a very beneficial experience. Teaching entry level class improved my understanding of the basics, and it also helped me with my communication skills.

    Cons

Can't really think of anything I'm not satisfied with. The training before the begging of the semester was very intense. I understand the benefits of "learning to teach", but most people just didn't care much about it.
