    I have been working at Gerber Products full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    -Flexible schedule that allowed me to set my own hours as long as I got the work done.
    -Good summer internship for a sophmore level engineering student

    Cons

    -Training was drain out and subpair
    -Not a good summer internship for a junior or senior level engineering student
    -Job was somewhat tedious

    Nestle is a bit bureaucratic
    Nestle folks in Switzerland 'elitist'
    Tolerate 'mean' behavior
    Some leaders 'dump' all the work on person below them
