Respect for others / Commitment to Excellence / Do the right thing

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)
    Houston, TX

ProsAlways trying to do the right thing. Salaries are competative with the marketplace. Pay is based on performance. Small group of employees who have a loud voice try to bring the company down but for the most part employees like working there.

ConsThose that complain about the company never bring a solution. There are some employees who have flown under the radar and have extended their stay too long.

Advice to Senior ManagementTake action on employees who bring the company down.

    Intresting

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)
    Houston, TX

ProsGreat place to gain knowlege of the energy industry and then move on. They offer flex time in some departments.

ConsThey very rarely hire contractors. Majority of their employees are contractors. Turn over is high. Your training is OTJ nothing is standarized nor documented, yet you are held accountable. Permanent employees are very young and eager to crawl the corporate letter and willing to do everything and anything to get to the top. Local human resources is very weak and unfamiliar on handle employee situations.

Advice to Senior ManagementManagement needs to be more personal and on the floor. They need to back their word and show that their are career paths.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
