    Pros

Everything always went smoothly between my coworkers and I I always received my scheduled hours Management was nice and was always there when I needed them

    Cons

I couldn't get a transfer when I had to move because of time I had to take off for my final exams Break time wasn't enough to get a snack

    Advice to Management

Add 5 minutes to break time Meet with potential transfers before turning down their requests, even the best employees have to take time off occasionally

    Pros

Great company to work for, good ethics, opportunity to advance. Yearly reviews and incentives. Flexible scheduling and work arrangements.

    Cons

Department can be difficult to network with other departments. Additional trainings are chosen by Management. Metrics are not given for job performance.

    Advice to Management

Offer more metrics to representatives to base their performance on and how to improve to obtain more privileges, such as working from home options and raises.

    Pros

The environment is very friendly and all of employers there are nice as well.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what your doing. Giant eagle is a great place to work at.
