Wesley Jay Gibson
Current Employee – been working at Gibson & Associates full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Gibson offers high levels of autonomy and a great deal of executive level exposure. Top perfomers have the chance to stand out immediately and are rewarded for doing so.
Cons – Gibson lacks many of the resources of a larger firm, and you develop yourself. When projects begin they often are understaffed and can lead to a very hectic work environment.

Current Employee – been working at Gibson & Associates
Pros – The best reasons are for the international travel, autonomy to make decisions within a project, ability to influence and engage senior client level management.
Cons – Limited resource bench puts significant strain on the capable leadership and project teams. This presents an interesting opportunity to manage client engagements and ensure the people on the teams don't get burned out.
Advice to Senior Management – Hire more outside senior leadership.

Former Employee – worked at Gibson & Associates
Pros – Gibson consulting offers high exposure at a young age, training of the employees, and the ability to manage your work life balance.
Cons – Since gibson consulting is a small firm, their are times when a new consultant will have to do more administrative work, but it is also positive because it helps give them a better understanding of the process
Advice to Senior Management – Senior Management can gain more by giving its employees more access to online resources to grow themselves as they can sometimes be expensive
