“Patience required with organisation”
Current Employee – been working at GlaxoSmithKline
Pros – Good place to apply science and engineering and a leader in the field. Attractive product pipeline when compared to the rest of the industry and the presence of a new CEO who will make change happen
Cons – Politics, Beurocracy. Takes too long to do anything and only those that brownose seem to suceed. Management is very retracted from the issues that cause us problems in production so there proposed solutions for better operational efficiency is somewhat blurred. R&D is not a productive environment compared to other companies that seem to do development far better than GSK
Advice to Senior Management – Get on the ground so what things are really like
