    International, well known, industry standard

    Cons

    Too corporate. Decisions take forever to make and then execute upon. Pay is low. Chinese way of doing business/running the company. No perks.

    They help a lot of companies sell product on a global level

    Almost no flow of information from the top Changes too slow to keep up with competition

    Pros

    The work environment is okay, the people are excellent. Not too much pressure except when deadlines are coming up.

    Cons

    Unstable due to the financial crisis

    Great pay and good-enough benefits, great people

    Impersonal, politics-ridden, non-existent HR, with management doing mass layoffs every once in awhile
